Empathy is our intrinsic potential and the greatest gift to humanity. Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another. In truth, if we are to heal anyone we will first need to heal ourselves. Know, and love, that within each and everyone of us we hold the seed of change. Empathy refers the to the ability to understand and feel what someone else is feeling, or see the situation from their point of view.
