What’s the “diet” you feed your mind and body?

There's nothing in this world that can trouble us more than our own thoughts. Many of us criticize ourselves for years and it hasn't worked. It's time to forgive and approve of yourself to see what happens! Its time to stop worrying about what can go wrong and get excited about what can go right! When we stop ruining our days by thinking about yesterday, we let go of what's been holding us back. Every thought, belief, decision and choice gets stored in our bodies. No one listens to you more than your soul. Your soul hears and feels all that you hear and feel and this can greatly affect your health spirituality, mentally, physically and emotionally. Your thoughts are the "diet" that feeds your reality and your "diet" shouldn't be trashy and unhealthy like we do when we trash talk ourselves, berate ourselves and dwell in negativity. Your "diet" matters if you desire to feel vibrant, resilient, strong and healthy. The most intimate relationship you will ever have is with yourself, and ,my dear, you are spectacular! You are a survivor! You are worthy, valuable and beautiful! I'm here for you, I believe in you and you are not alone.
