You are so much stronger than you think. You have experienced and lived your precious life best as you could with your circumstances. Your story is quite amazing and you have survived 100% of your worst days. Don’t judge or berate yourself for perceived failures and transgressions as they are lessons. You are a gem waiting to be shine. Remember a lotus must grow in dirty, muddy water to become something beautiful. I believe in you and I am here for you. Yoga, Reiki and meditation give you the discernment to sit with yourself. Once you begin sitting with yourself, you begin to shine your magnificent radiant light. ❤️
