We are most vulnerable when we are alone ❤️

If you are a trauma survivor please remember it’s not your fault, however healing IS your responsibility. Letting go of the old stories you tell yourself will give you the space in your heart and mind to make way for the new adventures in your life. Refuse to inherit dysfunction by learning new ways to thrive instead of surviving. Pay close attention to the patterns that helped you survive, yet are not healthy on your new path. Love yourself up, wrap yourself in compassion and breathe in joy. You have survived 100% of your most challenging days and I am proud of you! Reaching out for support is self-care and remember you are not alone. We all have a beautiful story to tell, when you feel safe and ready, and I am here to listen and support you ❤️
