There is nothing in this world that can trouble you more than your own thoughts. You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. You will never really be free un you free yourself from the prison of your own thoughts. It’s time to try approving of yourself to see what happens. It’s time to stop worrying about what can go wrong and get excited about what can go right. Don’t ruin today by thinking about yesterday, just let it go. Yoga, Reiki and meditation teach you how to try to stop those anxious thoughts in their tracks and replace them with calming affirmations such as “ I can do this,” or “ My life is amazing!” Remember everything will be alright in the end, and this is not the end.
