• Healthy boundaries with technology: Take breaks from screens every 60–90 minutes to reduce eye strain, neck tension, and mental fatigue.

• Balanced nutrition: Eating whole, nutrient-rich foods stabilizes blood sugar, which helps regulate mood and energy.

• Consistent sleep: 7–9 hours keeps the nervous system resilient against stress.


2. Mental & Emotional Protection

• Breathwork breaks: Even 1–2 minutes of slow, deep breathing signals the body to shift from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest.”

• Mindset check-ins: Notice if your thoughts are spiraling; consciously reframe situations to prevent emotional overload.

• Boundaries with people & commitments: Learn to say no without guilt — overcommitment is a fast track to burnout.
