Unfinished business doesn't go away. It will keep repeating itself until it gets your attention, then when you feel it, deal with it and heal it. Unresolved sadness from the past will become a block to joy and love in your life. Learning tools to support yourself and having the safety to acknowledge and accept pain from your past will help your heal. Beginning the process of feeling what you have denied and turned a blind eye to for so long may make you cry and feel the sadness. Doing this, without blame or shame, will help you heal in preparation for a better life. Sadness and grief is a cleansing and acceptance process. This process will move you from your past, into the present and into a brighter future.
