Learn to like your dislikes. Is there a part of your day you dislike, such as commuting or making dinner? Perhaps there’s a point in your day that feels like a slog-after lunch, or right when you wake up. It might seem like there’s nothing to appreciate during these moments. However, if you look closer, you might be surprised to find things you can be thankful for. Maybe your commute offers you time to listen to an audiobook you love. Or maybe your post-lunch tiredness gives you an opportunity to enjoy your favorite coffee or tea. How can you make these moments more bearable and fun?
