I am an incest, rape and sexual assault survivor who understands why people keep these things a secret, feel shame, embarrassment and guilt and don't feel worthy enough to ask for, and receive help. I am a survivor of 49 years of sexual assault and domestic violence, and this is exactly why I have worked so hard to help others.
