Forgiveness ❤️

This act of self-care is challenging yet rewarding. Some of the benefits of forgiveness are abundant emotional stress relief, increased peace and compassion, deep healing, a greater sense of well-being, powerful changes in our feelings about the past, improved health and an increased capacity to love ourselves and others. As we realize our need to be forgiven, we tend to be more forgiving. Striving to forgive rather than be forgiven will enable you to act in ways that promote feelings of worthiness and self love. Yoga, Reiki and meditation teach you how to heal yourself and to let go of anger and resentments. Seeking to understand rather than judge strengthens your compassionate understanding for the choices you made unto others and them to you.
