Detachment, or non-attachment, is the key to living a purposeful, profound existence honoring your soul and it’s path. Attachment weighs us down with all of its‘ demands on our time and energy. Sit with yourself, listen to your intuition and spiritual guidance to learn what is holding you back. Most often it’s you holding yourself back, yet it’s much easier to throw blame at others and your present circumstances. There is nothing in this world that can trouble you more than your own thoughts. You have been criticizing yourself for way too long and it hasn’t worked. Why not try something different, for instance trauma informed yoga, Reiki and meditation?
