Are you avoiding your triggers?

Your triggers are your best teachers and when you learn from them you do not have to keep repeating them in future lifetimes. Change is very uncomfortable and hard and that's why most people go their entire lives fiercely defending their own toxic, unhealthy behaviors. It may feel easier to stay the same as you are today, however your awareness that something isn't right can bring the possibility of choice. What you choose to believe and do creates your present and future self. When you wallow in doubt, shame, fear, anger and guilt you will remain stuck and you have no one to blame but yourself. Guilt and shame are a taste of fear. YOU are responsible for your healing and choices in life. YOU have to be the change you wish to see in your world. YOU have to decide if you are worthy of the time and effort it takes to heal. Today, can you think about all that you are instead of all that you are not? My wish for you is that you seek the biggest comeback you can do you can make yourself happy. I'm here for you, I believe in you and you are not alone.
