A Sure Way To Increase Resilience

Challenges and difficulties are a normal part of life. Going into resistance when we encounter them is a primary source of our suffering.


Intentionally choosing to accept them empowers us to avoid unnecessary suffering and to determine how to effectively respond to them.


Accepting our challenges doesn't mean that we like them or are excited to experience them, it simply means that we're acknowledging that this is our current reality and we're choosing to accept it to stay present in the moment. Resistance to what is, takes us out of the present and into the past or the future.


When we're present, we're more connected to our higher self, our Higher Power and then we have the best opportunity to determine an effective response.


Every time we respond well to a challenge by accepting it and being intentional to choose an empowered response, we increase our level of resilience and mental fitness, making us even more prepared for the bigger challenges. This process is a key component to thriving in life's second half. I believe in you!
