How do you know you are alive?
Learn to live viscerally and not conceptually. Feel everything and be fully present in your life on your journey of continual self-discovery. Truly feel the joy, anger, happiness, sadness, love and heartbreak. Stay connected to your emotions, embrace them and ask what they are here to teach you. Sure you think you are real, your brain thinks so, however you are always fresh, an ever-changing versions of yourself. Be courageous and accomplish nothing while feeling everything during your yoga and meditation practice. Don't procrastinate living your life because death is imminent, you just don't know when. Live as if you are dying, as many people realize they never fully lived until they are actively dying. They have regrets, unfinished business, guilt and shame because they often were not participants in their lives, only spectators caught up in the worldly soul sucking rat race. Take time to sit with yourself and ask your soul what you need to do to align on your highest spiritual path. Honor your soul by fully experiencing this gift of precious life. Death is whispering in your ear
