Service Description
Reiki is a gift from the Universe that gives you a practical way to take your health and well-being, as well as others, into your own hands. This meditative practice promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, increases energy levels and reduces fatigue, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch. This class covers the basics of Reiki healing, and enables users to begin using Reiki on themselves and others in person. Your energy channels will unlock throughout your body enabling you to self Reiki at home. You will learn the Three Pillars of Reiki, Reiki Gassho meditation, self-Reiki procedure and how to give Reiki to others. You will receive a Reiki level 1 manual, and your attunement and energy clearing. You will need to bring a pen or pencil, notebook and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Online or in person.
