Sense your joys. Gratitude isn’t something we think about-it’s something we can experience. Our senses are one of the best and simplest ways to discover what makes us grateful. Take a moment to reflect on your day and think about what sensory experiences brought you joy and gratitude. For instance think of something wonderful you touched today, or think of someone you enjoyed speaking with. Possibly, you heard a sound today that will stay with you or you remember the best thing you smelled today. Be fully present and think about the most beautiful thing you saw today.
