Metta Mindfulness

Metta meditation is a type of Buddhist meditation. The word "metta" means positive energy and kindness toward others and is often referred to as loving-kindness meditation. Some of the benefits of this meditation are that it increases positive emotions and decreases negative emotions, increases feelings of social connection and decreases migraines, chronic pain and PTSD symptoms. This radical act of love promotes deep healing of yourself and others.
