When someone brings you their pain, you don’t get to decide how they should feel about it. Let them unveil it their own way, on their terms. It’s their story to share, to define, to own. You are the safe person they chose to unpack it with and that is the gift. Help them get through it, not over it, while giving them the space to feel and process what they need to heal. You rob others of soul growth and valuable lessons when you dictate their healing path. Yoga, Reiki and meditation stir you up to fully be present with yourself. You are worth the effort.
