It has taken me almost 50 years to be comfortable in my own skin. I have made so many mistakes and inadvertently harmed those around me. Practicing self love, self forgiveness and self worth has not been easy and is a daily project. “It’s ok to not be ok“helps me to sit with myself and remember emotions aren’t permanent, they aren’t always fact. When I am healthy spirit, mind and body those around me are healthier. Be the change you would like to see. Be the light in this world. Always always always be kind to yourself and others ❤️
