Accepting Yourself

Many of us go through life submerged in codependency, fear, addiction, recovery and trauma that we often lose sight of who we truly are. When we learn to accept ourselves as we are, right here and right now, we need to accept our feelings, thoughts, decisions, choices, flaws, wants, needs and desires as well. Accepting our past exactly as is is essential also. We have a right to our opinions and beliefs, limitations and strengths. Learning to accept your physical, mind, emotions and spirituality will help you appreciate who you are and your history. Accepting and loving yourself is how you create change and growth in your life. You are a divine speck of the Universe and we need more of you here. We need your unique light and presence. We need to know who you are and what your dreams are. You make the world a much better place just by being you.
